Depositor Comments

HPV-16 E2 (aa1-365) from pJG4-5-derived plasmid. See author's map.

*Note that Addgene's sequence and sequence we have received from requesting labs suggest that the cloning strategy described in the depositor map is not accurate. There is a BamHI site at the 5' of the insert and an EcoRI site at the 3' end.
