Addgene's sequencing results identified single nucleotide insertions at bp# 2955/2956 and 4357/4358, as well as a 3 nucleotide insertion at bp# 4344/4345, when compared to the author's sequence. The insertions are outside of the coding region and should not be a concern for the intended purpose of the plasmid
