Depositor Comments

To create the EGFR-GFP fusion (in-frame), the the full-length cDNA of EGFR including 3' and 5' untranslated regions was cloned into pEGFP-N1 as an XbaI/HindIII fragment. This is EGFR-wt. The 3' end of the EGFR cDNA including STOP codon and untranslated region was removed by PCR and digestion. The 3' primer generated a new SstII (SacII) site.
