Biographical / Historical Note
The North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1948 as a membership-based non-profit organization with the mission to stimulate growth and promote economic development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce provided services and programs to ensure a viable and healthy business climate in the city by strengthening the business community’s government affairs presence and providing opportunities for members to build relationships. In 2012 the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce merged with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce to create the Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Materials were donated in 2018 by the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce; accession number 2018-004.
Processing Note
These records are unprocessed. The following actions were performed during accessioning by Tammi Kim. Loose photographs and papers were foldered and re-boxed, photographs in binders were rehoused in folders, and digital files were transferred off of a 3.5 inch floppy disk. Access copies were created for born-digital files; files were converted from .DOC to PDF/A. No other work has been done to these records.
