This unassembled plastic model kit of a Gemini astronaut in space, in its original box, was manufactured and sold by Revell, Inc. The astronaut depicted on the box is shown making a "space walk" or EVA (Extravehicular Activity). The realistic photograph on the box front of the Gemini astronaut manuevering in space while attached to the spacecraft by a golden umbilical suggested the appeal and accuracy of the model inside. The model was found in the collection.
