The Apollo 11 command module Columbia was provided with several systems for dumping urine produced by the astronauts during the flight into space. The auxiliary system made use of an auxiliary dump nozzle in the main hatch of the spacecraft. The auxiliary dump nozzle came equipped with internal electric heating elements. To activate those elements in preparation for dumping urine, a specially designed power cable was required.

This is the flown Apollo 11 power cable, transferred to the Smithsonian with a large number of artifacts in 1971.
