Each contains three individual square tan paperboard packets with a long tan paper streamer adhered to the bottom. Each packet contains a reel of approximately 1/2" aluminum tape approximately 300' in length. The reel is led by a synthetic plain-weave fabric ribbon attached to a small paper parachute, packed beneath the reel.
