Left panel of three that combine to show a balloon ascension commemorating the visit to Philadelphia of the first Japanese Embassy to the U.S., June 14, 1860. The man to the far left is Thaddeus Sobieski Constantine Lowe, one of the aeronauts flying that day. A20140970000 is the center panel of the scene, and A20140971000 is the right panel.
