Formerly owned by George Bull Child (Pikuni Blackfeet, 1893-1969); formerly in the collection of Albert Green Heath (1888-1953, a noted collector of Indian artifacts); purchased by the Logan Museum of Anthropology (Beloit, Wisconsin) from the estate of Albert Green Heath; purchased by MAI from the Logan Museum in 1955.
