A research team from the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have won a 2014 Creativity Prize from the Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water.
