Highlights include: the film tests of the special Dakota Microfilm Company's films returned and one of the three emulsions was within the range of possible use, the new double-length image tube has been installed and is undergoing tests, the K-coronameter went back into operation and will run primarily on the weekends so that the 16" coronagraph can run during the week, the 16" coronagraph is ready for use and a group from Southwestern University will use the instrument first to feed light to their infra-red spectrometers, the house trailer is vacant and open for use, and the strike at Climax contiues with the management staff of 350 people operating the mine.
