Dr. Harold W. Baynton, a meteorologist, has joined the Field Observing Support Facility staff at the NCAR Facilities Division of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). Dr. Baynton will supervise the plans for utilization of atmospheric observing devices for research studies.
