The University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 0819 Simmons: Furipterus: Scans of a whole preserved specimen of Furipterus horrens (AMNH 244493) for Dr. Nancy Simmons of the American Museum of Natural History. Scanned by Matthew Colbert 21 February 2003. Slices 1-528 used a central ray offset correction of –0.5, slices 529-1485 used a central ray offset correction of 0.6. whole/16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 120 kV, 0.2 mA, no filter, empty mount wedge, no offset, slice thickness = 1 line (= 0.039 mm), S.O.D. 113 mm, 1000 views, 3 samples per view, interslice spacing = 1 line (=0.039 mm), field of reconstruction 32.0 mm (maximum field of view 36.99 mm), reconstruction offset 4000, reconstruction scale 1500. Reconstructed off-center: x = -0.6, y = 2.5. Acquired with 33 slices per rotation. Total slices = 1485. Scanned by Matthew Colbert 21 February 2003.
