New Hampshire. Militia

A New Hampshire regiment commanded by Col. Theodore Atkinson was one of several raised in New England in 1746 for a planned expedition to relieve Annapolis Royal. The regiment never reached Nova Scotia and was disbanded on 31 Oct. 1747.
