BIOGHIST REQUIRED Rosalind Miller was a professor of social work at Columbia University's School of Social Work. She helped to create the joint degree program in Social Work and Public Health at the University in 1976, and her particular areas of interest were clinical social work and health care policy. She retired from teaching in 1990.

Prior to her career in social work she taught English at Penn State University, Simmons College and Tufts University. She received her graduate training in English at Columbia University.

Rosalind Miller died in 2002 at the age of 79.
