U.S. President Barack Obama urges Congress to extend the social security payroll tax cuts

President Barack H. Obama urges Congress to vote in favor of extending the Social Security payroll tax cuts, scheduled to expire at the end of 2011. He says getting the cuts extended are his highest priority and that keeping money in the pockets of workers will help to spur the economy.
