Obama makes his remarks on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in the same spot where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his historic "I Have a Dream" speech. Obama reflects on King's legacy declaring, "to secure the gains this country has made requires constant vigilance, not complacency." Obama says, "because they kept marching America changed."
