President Obama talks about retirement security at U.S. Steel's Mon Valley Works plant in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. Obama announces he is directing the Treasury Department to establish a new "MyRA" retirement savings plan targeting lower wage earners with lower minimum start-up deposits and smaller contribution levels to help people get their retirement savings started. Obama makes his remarks as part of a two-day tour highlighting initiatives from his State of the Union address. At the conclusion of the speech he signs the document.
