U.S. President Donald Trump, during a signing ceremony for an executive order promoting free speech and religious liberty, asserts that the order will insure religious freedom and prevent the Internal Revenue Service from taking tax exemptions away from religious organizations. Trump also talks about his upcoming visits to Saudi Arabia and Israel and his plans to talk with foreign leaders about ways to combat terrorism in the Middle East.
