U.S. Secretary of Defense James Schlesinger speaks about U.S. military presence in Korea

James Schlesinger says that he sees some U.S. troops remaining in Korea, armed with conventional weapons and does not rule out the use of nuclear weapons in the unlikely event of a catastrophic defeat.
