U.S. President Barack Obama talks about extending tax cut for Americans earning less than $250,000
President Obama calls on Congress to extend tax cuts for the 98 percent of Americans making less than $250,000 while allowing the cuts for the wealthiest two percent to expire. Obama suggests that the ten years of tax breaks did not result in more jobs as promised and will not if they are continued. He declares that 97 percent of small businesses fall under the $250,000 threshold.
