Bracken, Vice-President & Agent, Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Las Vegas,Nevada. Dear Sir Yours of February 4th with respect to relief from water shortage at Las Vegas: As advised in our letter of October 11th, we have requested authority for the installation of a cooling tower for circulating water at our Las Vegas plant, which will reduce our consumption from 500 gallons to 50 gallons per minute. Authority for this work has not yet been received. However, we are taking up with the management, urging upon them the necessity for immediate action and assure you we will keep behind this matter actively in an effort to have the facilities installed at the earliest possible date. Very truly yours cc -Mr. C. F. Miller, Mr. W. H. Comstock
