II TNR FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA,IN AND FOR Hampton E George,the Administrator of the Estate of Aaron Winters,de­ceased, having on the Sixth day of September,1902,rendered and filed here­in a full account and report of his administration of said estate,which account was for a final settlement,and having with said account filed a petition for a final nattiamsKt distribution of said estate; And said account and petition this day coming on regularly to be heard, proof having been made to the satisfaction of the Court,by the testimony of creditable witness,that said account was true and correct,and that the amount of money coming into the hands of said administrator amounted to the sum 6f f1950.00,and it appearing that the expense of adTminintration amounting to the sum of $582.20,had been rightly and Justly expended,suppor ted by proper and necessary vouchers,and that the residue of money in the hands of said administrator,at the time of filing said account amounted to the sum of $1364.80,and that the total indebtedness,supported by creditor’s claims,duly filed against said estate amounted to the sum of $2769.41,and that the percentage due to each one of said creditors,Fraxatea pro rata,of said sum of $1364.80,is at the ratio of 49-28/100 per cent,as follows to wit:-The claim of the Kiel Estate-41187,16— IS85.04;the claim of H,White- 1450 .00,— |221.77;the claim of John Me Clanaghan-|450.77— #221.77;the claim of Mrs. Norman-$300.00— #147.85;the claim of Mrs. H.J.Stewart-1250.00 #123,20;the Claim of S.E,.foun.t-|SG.00— $29.58;the claim of F.R.Stewart- 172. 25— #35.59,said sums in the aggregate amounting to the sum of #1364.80, And it further appearing that tijert the above are all of the claims and de­mands against said estate. Wherefore it is ordered that said administrator shall pay said claims as above designated,and all of the claims for the settling up of said estate, andpersent to this Court the necessary vouchers,for all sums over the sum of $20#, at which time said estate will be in a condition to be settled and closed.
