Las Vegas, Nev. May 7, 1931 W 23-4-7 Water Service - Industrial Sites - Mr. Frank Strong, Industrial Engineer, Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir: Referring to your call over 'phone this morning at 9 A.M: I enclose herewith, copy of my wire to Mr. H. C. Mann, Chief Engineer, and would say that during Mr. Mann's visit here yesterday, we discussed the possibility of running our three-inch iron line which crosses Main Street at Bridger, to our four-hundred (400) ft. right of way. If under our franchise, it is legal for us to serve industries on the industrial site, this line could be carried south on Main Street, a distance of approximately 3,400 ft. which would carry it as far south as the Texaco Oil Station. You will note in my wire, I have explained the matter in reference to installation of this line, and if it meets with the approval of officials, I will see that it is installed at once. After you have been advised by Omaha, in connection with this matter, please let me hear from you. Yours very truly, Encl. 1 cc - Mr. F. H. Knickerbocker, Mr. F. R. McNamee WALTER R. BRACKEN Vice-President & Agent.
