Biographical / Historical Note
Lady Luck Gaming Corporation was formed in February 1993 as a holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, American Casinos, Inc. Lady Luck Gaming Corporation, which is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, develops, owns and operates casinos in Colorado, Iowa, Mississippi and Missouri. In 2000, Lady Luck Gaming was acquired by Isle of Capri Casinos.
