Please contact the archivist to access these materials. The Design and Fabrication Services (DFS) is a division of NCAR's Earth Observing Laboratory (EOL). Through working closely with scientists and engineers, DFS both designs and creates innovative engineering solutions for the atmospheric research community.The Design and Fabrication Services Records consist of historical UCAR institutional policy and procedure manuals, a wide range of engineering, drafting, and equipment user manuals, advisory panel meeting materials, memoranda, and engineering drawings from the 1990s.
