Wesley P. Lloyd was born on June 16, 1904 to Charles E. Lucy Parkinson Lloyd in Ogden, Utah. He married Lillie (Lucille) Murdock, December 30, 1926 in Salt Lake City, UT. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy of Education from Brigham Young University in 1927; a M.S. in 1934; and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1937. He was a Professor of Philosophy of Education and the Department Chairman at Brigham Young University in 1937-44; the Dean of Men in 1938-44; Dean of Students in 1944-1960; Dean of the Graduate School and Sciences in 1960-1969; U.S. International University in 1969-1972; and the Director at California West. Col. 1972-1976. Wesley Lloyd died on March 7, 1977 in LaJolla, California.

Wesley Parkinson Lloyd was born on 16 June 1904 to Charles Edward Lloyd and Lucy Smart Parkinson. He served in numerous positions at Brigham Young University, including Dean of Students from 1944-1960 and Dean of Graduate School from 1960-1969. He died 7 March 1977.
