Myron M. Cowen (b. 1898) was the U.S. Ambassador to Austria from 1948 to 1949, U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines from 1949 to 1951, and U.S. Ambassador to Belgium from 1952 to 1953. Cowen died in 1965.
