St. Mark's Lutheran Church (Portland, Or.)

St. Mark’s is one of the largest Lutheran congregations in Portland. It was in 1924 that Theophilus Schoenberg came to Portland to begin the work of starting this congregation. In 1949 a small chapel was built at the present site, in 1956 the present sanctuary was erected, and in 1968 the large educational unit was completed.
