Little Billy, also known as Tishkaaga, Gishkaka, Juskakaka, and Jishkaaga, Chief Warrior of the Seneca. Signer of treaties with the U.S. in 1794, 1797, and 1815; served with the American army in a successful attack on the British at Fort George, Aug. 17, 1813.
