Hull No. 2272, George Clement Perkins (built 1944; freighter: EC2-S-C1) was sold to private shipping company in 1947 and scrapped in 1969; hull No. 2279, William E. Ritter (built 1944; freighter: EC2-S-C1) sent to Russia in 1944 as Briansk and scrapped in 1975.
