Alfred D. Young (1808-1889) was a Mormon farmer who lived in Kanab, Utah. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1841 and had lived in Nauvoo, Illinois.

Aldred Douglas Young (1808-) was an LDS convert from Tennessee.

Alfred Douglas Young was born in 1808 in Springfield, Robinson County, Tennessee. He was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in July 1841 while residing in Gibson County, Tennessee. He and his brother, William, and their families moved to Nauvoo, Illinois, in 1842, arriving there on June 9. Alfred Young was living in Utah in 1888.
