The Ballet Russe de Monte-Carlo was a company that existed between 1938 and 1962 under the directorship of Sergei Denham and the auspices of World Art Inc. It came into being as a result of dissention between the two owners of the former Diaghilev's Ballets Russes, René Blum and Colonel de Basil.

The Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo was a ballet company created in 1938 when the Ballet Russes separated into two groups. The company, lead by Leonide Massine and Rene Blum, toured mainly around the U.S. until 1963.
