Edward Hunter Snow (1865-1932) was the son of apostle Erastus Snow. He spent most of his life in St. George, Utah, where he served as president of the LDS St. George Stake and president of the St. George Temple. He served a mission to the southern states as well as serving as president of the Eastern States Mission. He was also a member of the Utah State Constitutional Convention and the Utah State Tax Commission.

Edward H. Snow (1865-1932) was born on 23 June 1865 in St. George, Utah, and spent most of his life in Utah's Dixie area. After graduating from Brigham Young Academy in 1885, Snow opened his own small school in Santa Clara. He was active in the Democratic Party and served in Utah's first state legislature (1896-1897). From 1901 to 1925 Snow was President of the St. George Stake.

Thirteen years later, in 1899, Snow was assigned to the eastern states mission, where he served for a time as president. Snow dedicated his life to education, playing a large role in the founding of Southern Utah University. Politically, Snow served in the State Legislature for a brief period in 1898. During the last year of his life, Snow served as an appointed chairman and member of the Utah State Tax Commission in 1931. He also served as a stake president and was later called to be a temple president.
