Thomas Howard Fellows, Judge and politician was admitted to Bar in Melbourne in May, 1853 shortly after arrival from England. He was Solicitor General 1856-1858 in Haines Ministry. He represented Nicholson Government 1859-1860; was Postmaster General 1863-1864, and Minister for Justice in 1868 when for a few months he led the government in the Assembly. He was appointed judge in 1872.
