The Boston Theatre on Washington Street in Boston, Massachusetts, opened 11 September 1854 and was the second Boston Theatre in this location, rebuilt after the first structure was razed in 1852. The playhouse was designed by Edward and James Cabot and Jonathan Preston from plans by Henri Noury and it seated 3000.
