Sparkman, Frazer,
Allen Jones Green, Jr. was a physician and planter from Columbia, South Carolina. In September 1864, he was named commander of the Confederate military post at Columbia. After Columbia was burned in February 1865, he was assigned to the post at Chester, South Carolina.
