Frederick M. Feiker (1881-1967) was assistant to Secretary of Commerce Herbert Hoover from 1921 to 1922. From 1922 to 1923, he served in the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, then as an expert consultant to the Department of Commerce from 1923 to 1931.
