Henry Edward Burstall (b. Aug. 26, 1870, Quebec City, Quebec, Canada-d. Feb. 8, 1945, Headbourne Worthy, Hampshire, England), General in the Canadian Forces, was commissioned in the Royal Canadian Artillery in 1889 and served with the 1st Canadian Contingent during the Boer War. During World War I, he commanded Artillery, 1st Canadian Division, was General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Royal Canadian Artillery, and GOC, 2nd Canadian Division. After the War, General Burstall served as Quartermaster-General and Inspector-General at the Department of National Defence. He retired in 1925.
