The Geneva Federation of Labor serves as the central labor body of Geneva, N.Y. From October 1959 to January 1967, the organization was known as the Ontario, Yates and Wayne County Federation of Labor.
Major unions affiliated with the Federation include the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners, the International Association of Machinists, the Amalgamated Meatcutters and Butcher Workmen, the Optical and Instrument Workers of America, the American Federation of Grain Millers, the Bricklayers, Masons, and Plasterers' International Union of America, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
