A reporter in Chicago and New York, Morgan's poems, articles, and short stories appeared in most of the major magazines of the time. Between 1914 to 1951 she published one novel, a collection of short stories, and some fourteen books of poems, including Creator Man (1929).

Angela Morgan (1873-1957) was an American writer active in the peace movement. She was one of forty American women who participated in the International Congress of Women at the Hague, 1915. She was a founding member of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. Her papers are in the Michigan Historical Collections at the University of Michigan.
