Al Hirschfeld (1903-2003) was an artist known for his theatrical cartoons in the New York Times and elsewhere.

One photostatic print of a Hirschfeld drawing of a scene from the play TUNNEL OF LOVE by Joseph A. Fields and Peter De Vries that opened on February 13, 1957 at Broadway's National Theatre.

Produced by the Theatre Guild and Philip Langner, and directed by Fields, the opening cast included Tom Ewell, Darren McGavin, Nancy Olson and Elizabeth Wilson.
