Greeley, William Buckhout, 1879-1955
Variant namesWilliam Buckhout Greeley was a graduate of the Yale Forest School and began his career in forestry in 1904. He was Chief Forester of the U.S. Forest Service from 1920-1928. He then became secretary-manager of the West Coast Lumbermen's Association. He died in 1955.
