Louisiana State University Administrative Information Systems was established around 1983. Its name changed to Enterprise Solutions Group in 2000 and to University Information Systems in 2006. The mission of University Information Systems is to develop, enhance, maintain, and protect the academic, research, and administrative information resources of the University.
