Premiere capture de la grande lingue Molva molva (Linnaeus, 1758) dans les eaux septentrionales de la Tunisie

A Ling fish Molva molva was captured by bottom trawl in North side of Tunisia, on June 2004. at 70 meters depth. This species is mainly Atlantic (north part), rarely reported in the West Mediterranean basin, and never off the Tunisian coasts. The morphologic description and the principal characteristics of the Tunisian specimen are given in this note.
