President Obama pays tribute to the soldiers of the Special Forces and describes the character and actions of Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Robert J. Miller during a ceremony at the White House. Sergeant Miller receives the award posthumously for his heroic actions in Afghanistan in January 2008.
